Some interesting info about this house:
Originally built in 1851 as a honeymoon cottage for Jennifer Nabors Sandifer. Appropriately, Oxonians through the years began to refer to the house as “The Honeymoon Cottage”.
The magnolia trees found on the property were planted after the home’s construction, and are known to be the oldest and largest in town.
