Oxford Time Machine (aka. OTM) highlights ‘then-and-now’ photos of the surrounding community. It’s a hobby project of ours : )
The following (original) OTM photos were taken by Jack E. Boucher, Chief Photographer of the Historic American Buildings Survey which serves under the National Park Service. His featured photos here were taken in 1975 during his visit to Oxford.
